ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Homework Tutoring! Homework Tutoring ("HT") provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time with notice to you. Notices to you may be made via either email or fax. You agree that HT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

HT RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

HT provides tutoring services. There are two kinds of services: Homework Help and Online Tutoring services (the "Service").
Homework Help is a service by fax or email. Tutor and tutee correspond by fax/email.
Online Tutoring is the regular tutoring service for which the tutor and tutee may discuss questions and answers on the subject being tutored.
The Service is prepaid.
HT is responsible
a.)to honor all scheduled appointments.
b.) to provide the best assistance possible.
c.) to follow the TOS without prejudice.
d.) to follow professional conduct and behavior while services are being rendered.
e.) to notify the client of any changes in the TERMS of SERVICE.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
You agree to not use the Service to:
a.) email, transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
b.) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Service. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, HT has the right to suspend or terminate your current or future use of the Service. HT is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children.
For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must contact us first.

We will NEVER release an individual's personal information without consent, including name, address, phone number, email address, etc.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF SERVICE

a.) failure to pay any outstanding past due balances.
b.) failure by the client to behave in a professional manner in the business relationship.
You may terminate the Service at any time. Just send an email to our support system at support10@homeworktutoring.com

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that:
a.) HT is not responsible for technical difficulties with the Internet, computers, and all related services and software. Time lost will be rescheduled at our discretion should loss of service arise due to difficulties experienced by HT staff.
b.) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

REFUND

Homework Help
Full refund if HT did not send you the solution before the agreed deadline.
If you cancel the Service you will get a partial Refund. The amount of money to be returned is calculated on the percentage of the task already done. It will be sent to you with the refund.

Online Tutoring
If you cancel the Service at least 24 hours in advance of appointment you will get full refund of the money otherwise you will have to pay a $10.00 (6.5 GBP) fee.

The money will be return to you in 3 business days.
